Quality Analyst I

The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document product defects to ensure timely order processing

• Test and validate components for authenticity

• Review and verify test report data to ensure the quality and reliability of products.

• Monitor and track defects, work with clients, departments, and leadership to address lab report issues

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA testing procedures

• Keep track of client feedback and lab report data

• Make sure that industry and regulatory standards are adhered toand up to date

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• CRM Knowledge and pipeline organization

• Lab Report analysis

• Test Lab Experience, preferably at the electronic component level

• Knowledge of Electronic Assemblies

• Data Management

Work Environment

• Full-time, in-office role based in Tampa, Florida

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)

• Fridays: performance-based early release
