Talento Search Group has an opening for a Quality Manager in Mark, Illinois. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is about $90,000-115,000 per year, depending on experience. The company provides relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve quality management system
  • Lead and manage quality inspectors and quality engineers
  • Work closely with other departments
  • Develop and maintain inspection and process control methods
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
  • Ensure CMMs, height gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other precision measurement equipment are effectively utilized
  • Lead root cause investigations and serve as the primary quality contact for customers
  • Support audits
  • Ensure compliance with ISO
  • Support automotive customer requirements including PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and related documentation


Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of CNC machining and precision manufacturing experience
  • At least 3 years of management experience in quality control
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, CMM inspection, ISO, PPAP, and root cause analysis
