Job Details:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on civil litigationmatters
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis
- Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and opinion letters
- Representing clients inlitigation matters in state and federal court
Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- Licensed to Practice law inPA
- 2+ year of litigation experience
