Phlebotomist

The Phlebotomist will primarily serve adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing exclusively on blood collection procedures. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and efficient sample collection while maintaining patient comfort and safety in a medium-volume environment handling 20-50 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from adult patients efficiently and safely
• Prepare patients for blood collection procedures
• Handle and label blood samples according to protocol

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in phlebotomy
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skilled in venipuncture techniques
• Effective patient communication skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology
