Patient Coordinator

Team Perio is growing, and we are looking for awesome people to join our team. Our practices are owned by one doctor and managed by a team of people united by the goal of helping as many patients as possible experience dental surgery in a positive way. Responsibilities of Patient Coordinator

• Greeting patients

• Checking patients in and out

• Collecting patient insurance information

• Collecting and processing payments

• Scheduling appointments

• Maintaining patient records

• Answering the telephone

• All other duties as assigned

Requirements of Patient Coordinator

• We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train; experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus

• Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day

• Communicates clearly with patients and all team members

• Attention to detail

• Professionalism

Compensation and Benefits

• Wage: $20–25 per hour, DOE

• 90-day review and wage assessment, with potential for an increase

• 40-hour work week

• Health insurance benefit after 30 days; all other benefits eligible after a 90-day probation period

• 40 hours of vacation (accrued annually); doubles at year 3 of service

• 5 days of sick pay per year

• 5 paid holidays

• 401(k) employer contribution
