In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients while collaborating with our laboratory technicians and support staff to ensure precise, well-fitting restorations and excellent treatment results, all within an environment designed to support your long-term career growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Delivering a range of general and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other treatments
- Collaborating with the dental laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements
- Reviewing case details, digital scans, and impressions to communicate clear specifications to laboratory technicians
- Educating patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Coordinating with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling
- Staying current on dental techniques, materials, and best practices
- Pursuing ongoing learning opportunities to expand clinical skills and advance within the practice
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Alabama.
- Experience providing general and restorative dental care; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, restorative principles, and treatment planning
- Comfort working with digital dental workflows and coordinating with laboratory teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient outcomes
