$23 hourly and up, depending on experience and skills
Traveling up to 200 miles is required!

40+ Hours Weekly | Monday - Friday | Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside lead technicians on commercial and industrial job sites
- Assist with HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Help organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Learn commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and components
- Follow all safety procedures meticulously
- Maintain an organized work area and company vehicle
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- HVAC experience is a big plus
- Valid driver's license
- Insurable driving record
- Must be comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Safety-conscious and team-oriented
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the service area
