Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process trucks hauling crop for weighing and unloading during harvest season
  • Perform husk and sort operations
  • Operate dryers to dry crop within safety and quality standards
  • Shell and store crop from bins in dryer facility
  • Supply Conditioning department with seed
  • Apply appropriate treatment to seed
  • Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed during winter season
  • Enter inventory information into computer systems
  • Stage seed for shipment in warehouse
  • Retag in-house seed during spring/summer season
  • Re-bag backhaul (returned) seed
  • Inspect and wash pro boxes to ensure cleanliness

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience
