Graphic Designer

Contractors Wardrobe (Cw®) is seeking a driven and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This full-time office position offers the opportunity to impact our brand and marketing strategy from Day One. The role encompasses graphic design across various media, including social, print, packaging, and digital, as well as video production, editing, and collaboration with creative, marketing, and account teams. You will work on 1-3 projects simultaneously and coordinate with external vendors, contributing to a dynamic and evolving design environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts from verbal briefs and present on-trend design ideas
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing deadlines to deliver timely, quality work
• Create digital and print assets such as brochures, catalogs, social media graphics, packaging, presentations, and short-form videos
• Shoot and edit product demonstration, social media, and internal corporate videos
• Adapt to varying company needs and provide basic project management, editing, and writing support
• Collaborate with marketing, account teams, suppliers, and vendors to align design with brand strategy
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and themes to visually convey campaign concepts
• Maintain direct relationships with suppliers to coordinate production and vendor deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with video editing and production
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and project management
• Creativity, keen attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
