As our Pastry & Baking Chef, you'll play a key role in creating the high-quality baked goods and pastries that our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts to meet daily production needs.
• Maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all baked goods.
• Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking equipment.
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in pastry and baking, with a strong foundation in techniques and recipes.
• A creative flair and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every pastry is a masterpiece.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
