Assistant Director of Maintenance

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As Assistant Director of Maintenance you are responsible for supporting the efforts of the Maintenance Director with the preventative maintenance program, Life Safety, facility upkeep, etc.

GENERAL DUTIES

Assist with the general repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma with relevant course work is desirable.

· Previous experience in maintenance, HVAC, general contracting, electrical, etc. is desirable
