Pay: $17.00/hour to start with scheduled increases up to approximately $19.00/hour

Imagine stepping onto a production floor where order, cleanliness, and control set the tone. You’ll operate advanced converting and winding equipment for a global manufacturer, turning raw rolls into precisely finished productssafely, efficiently, and to exacting standards.
Your impact
- Own the setup, operation, and oversight of high-speed automated winding/converting lines
- Load raw materials, verify alignment and threading, and maintain steady run conditions
- Guard quality by conducting visual inspections and dimensional checks using calipers and tape measures
- Package, stack, and organize finished goods for downstream use or shipment
- Keep uptime high by resolving minor issues and making routine machine adjustments
- Protect equipment health with basic preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, clearing jams, minor roller/bearing work)
- Document production and quality data accurately; uphold all safety and operating procedures
- Expand your value by cross-training on additional machines and processes
What you bring
- 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred
- Experience on high-speed or high-volume equipment strongly preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to troubleshoot and learn
- Comfort with hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with a keen eye for detail
- Reliable attendance and a steady work cadence
- Physical readiness to stand for the shift and perform repetitive tasks (walking, lifting, twisting, bending, stacking)
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Principles
Who succeeds here
Operators from paper/packaging/corrugated, roll forming/metal processing, automotive, plastics, food and beverage, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other high-speed automated environments. Direct winding experience is not requiredconfidence with automated machinery and basic maintenance is what counts.
