Roles and Responsibilities:

- Accurately follow recipes and procedures for preparing Clams Casino.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
- Assemble Clams Casino dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the cold room.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, including proper use of protective clothing and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain cold room temperature and conditions to ensure food safety.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Report any issues with equipment or facilities to the supervisor.
- Participate in regular safety training and drills
- Other duties as assigned by manager on duty
Qualifications:
- Must be able to read and write in English and perform basic mathematics
- Must have the sense of responsibility to accomplish tasks without supervision
- Must be able to adapt and react to changing needs and priorities
- Adhere to high standards of sanitation and hygiene
- Work in a refrigerated environment as low as 30 degrees
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
