This is a Full-Time Driver position with Top Tier Logistics Operations (the "Company") delivering packages for Amazon.

• Militaryveteransare welcome.
• Commerical , DOT, CDL (or work-related)driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• As we grow, supervisory roles will be available.

Approximate hours are 11:30am to 9:30pm. Shifts typically range between 7-10 hours per day.

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $21.50 an hour(paid weekly)
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4-day workweek 40 hoursis typical
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minutebreaksduring your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

• Paid time offbegins accruing immediately at start of employment

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle anddeliverpackageson time
• Safelydrive and perform safetyinspectionson Company vehicle
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provideexcellent customer serviceand satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep paceinphysically demandingjob; work in allweatherconditions and on various routes;liftpackages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectivelywith support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Usesmart phone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

• Must be at least21 years old
• Must hold anon-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening(this is NOT a THC-friendly position, even if you hold a medicinal marijuana card).
• Must have a satisfactorymotor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills
