Electrical - JR. Project Manager Residential Construction

The Electrical - Jr. Project Manager Residential Construction will oversee residential and light commercial construction projects, managing the full project lifecycle from planning to completion. Assist with Electrical Estimating / Takeoff. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, this role requires frequent travel between sites and leadership of small project teams. The ideal candidate will ensure strong client communication, maintain safety compliance, and coordinate with vendors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate residential and light commercial electrical projects
• Electrical Estimating / Take off
• Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities
• Ensure safety compliance across all project sites
• Oversee project schedules and milestones
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Perform residential electrical estimating
• Lead and manage small project teams
• Travel frequently between construction sites

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrical License in Maryland (MD)

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in electrical project management
