School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Rochester, Michigan

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid (or eligibility for) SLP license in Michigan
• Recent experience working with K-12 students (preferred)
• Consideration for clinical fellows (CFY) with strong references
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a school setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school policies and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and therapy outcomes
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
