The Opportunity
Magnify is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our client's team in Malvern, PA. This is a hands-on opportunity supporting packaging and warehouse operations within a laboratory/testing environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working on their feet, and able to follow established procedures and quality standards. Experience in packaging, laboratory environments, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or similar settings is a plus.
What You'll Do
- Perform packaging and labeling activities according to established procedures.
- Prepare, organize, and handle products and materials for shipment or processing.
- Inspect packaging and materials for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Accurately complete required documentation and records.
- Assist with general warehouse and material-handling activities as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and packaging goals.
- Follow all applicable quality and safety standards.

- Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of a hands-on packaging/warehouse environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to the Malvern, PA worksite.
- Must be able to successfully complete the required background screening.
