SKATE ZONE in Crofton, MD, is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Caf Lead to take charge of our caf operations. As the Caf Lead, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our caf runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily caf operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages with care and attention to detail.
• Managing inventory and placing orders to keep the caf stocked.
• Training and mentoring team members to provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Working closely with the management team to implement new ideas and improve processes.

We’re seeking a motivated individual who can bring energy and leadership to our caf. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or food service environment.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of your daily tasks.
• Availability to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible hours throughout the week.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
