Job Title: General Production Worker/Machine Operator

We’re hiring General Production Workers to join a glass manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate equipment, handle materials, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

• Operate production machines and equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials
• Handle glass safely and carefully
• Inspect products for quality
• Monitor equipment and report any issues
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Use a forklift if trained and qualified
• Work with your team to meet production goals

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and safety-focused
• Able to work 12-hour shifts

• Glass manufacturing or glass-handling experience
• Machine operation experience
• Forklift experience or certification

This position works 12-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with an every-other-weekend rotation.

The consistent schedule provides longer stretches of time off while still offering a full workweek.

You’ll work in a glass manufacturing facility around production equipment and machinery. The position involves standing for extended periods and safely handling glass and other materials.

Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Versailles, KY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
