Requirements:
What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble totes and Magnadrums used in production operations.
- Dispose of excess product from containers in designated collection drums.
- Inspect totes and containers for damage and perform minor repairs when appropriate.
- Maintain and update cleaning schedules using a barcode scanning system.
- Operate a forklift and other equipment as required (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
- Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Able to stand, bend, and lift for majority of the scheduled shift
- History of work in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proven reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus
