Housekeeping Associate

Alliance Workforce Management is hiring Housekeeping Associates to support a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility in Owasso. This role plays a key part in keeping work areas organized, sanitary, and ready for daily operations.

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness across non-production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces. This role ensures a hygienic environment for employees and visitors while supporting overall facility standards.

• Sweep and mop floors in non-production areas and break rooms.
• Replace trash liners and empty waste containers in restrooms, break rooms, and outdoor common areas.
• Clean and maintain picnic areas weekly.
• Wipe down doors, walls, and high-touch surfaces in designated areas.
• Sanitize restrooms (men’s and women’s) daily.
• Clean and organize the employee locker room.
• Maintain cleanliness of break room walls and shared spaces.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Ability to stay focused and complete tasks over extended periods.
• Strong coordination and ability to work alongside others.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to safety practices and facility guidelines.
• Ability to handle stress and maintain positive working relationships.
• Comfortable wearing required PPE and following safety protocols.
• Training provided; 60–90 days allowed to meet performance expectations.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Minimal overtime required.
• Work may occur in climate-controlled office areas (68–72°ree;F) or production environments ranging from –40°ree;F to 45°ree;F.
• Exposure to noise, cleaning chemicals, and strong odors may occur.
• PPE required in production zones: hair/beard nets, rubber-soled shoes, smocks, hearing protection, and hard hats.

• Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Standing at waist-high workstations for extended periods.
• Walking/standing on concrete surfaces that may be wet or slippery.
• Requires repetitive hand and wrist movement.
• Must have corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
• Ability to maintain balance and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time positions available on 2nd shift. Schedules follow standard weekday operations.
