Position: Tax Specialist

Location: Edmond, OK

Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 / Annually / DOE

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file individual and business tax returns accurately and on time.
• Multi-client Bookkeeping
• Research tax laws, identify potential tax credits, and provide year-round tax planning and advisory
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring accurate recording of all income and expenditures
• Maintain and update client bookkeeping ledgers on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Data entry
• Monthly and year-end tax forms
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client data and financial records

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of tax return experience
• Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
