What You'll Need:

• Active school psychologist credential or eligibility to obtain Michigan licensure by the start of the school year
• Experience or strong interest in K-12 environments
• Familiarity with assessment tools, multi-tiered supports, and IEP/504 processes
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to provide crisis intervention, counseling, and evidence-based mental health support
• Flexibility and adaptability when working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual assessments and interpretations to support the development of effective educational strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the development, implementation, and progress monitoring of IEPs and Section 504 plans
• Provide social-emotional and behavioral interventions for students across multiple grade levels
• Support classroom teachers with strategies for academic and behavioral success
• Serve as a resource for crisis response and assist with family outreach as needed
