Car Wash Site Manager

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our car wash operation, grow membership sales, develop a winning team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who isn't afraid to jump in, make decisions, coach their team, solve problems, and push performance to the next level.

• Drive Sales & Membership Growth – Lead and motivate your team to hit sales and membership goals

• Build a Winning Team – Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees who deliver results

• Lead Daily Operations – Keep the site running efficiently while managing staffing, workflow, volume, and customer demand

• Track the Numbers – Monitor sales, labor, memberships, productivity, and other key performance metrics

• Create Raving Customers – Set the standard for exceptional service and make sure customer concerns are resolved quickly

• Keep Standards High – Ensure the site is clean, safe, organized, and operating at its best

• Keep Equipment Running – Oversee equipment, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Lead with Accountability – Set expectations, recognize strong performance, address issues, and create a team culture focused on results

• You have 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in automotive, car wash operations, hospitality, retail, or service

• You're a natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop people

• Sales doesn't intimidate you-you enjoy setting goals and hitting them

• You're competitive, energetic, and driven to improve performance

• You know how to balance people, customers, sales, and operations

• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• You're organized, dependable, and a strong communicator

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent

• You're at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Previous car wash experience is a plus, but strong leadership and sales experience are what matter most.

45–50 hours per week, including weekends and high-volume periods as needed.

This isn't a job for someone who wants to simply manage a schedule.
