Night Time Manager

Jiffy Treet is looking for a rockstar Nighttime Manager to keep the sweet times rolling after the sun goes down! If you love keeping energy high, leading a great crew, and making sure our community gets their favorite late-night treats, come lead the coolest spot in town.

The Role

•Own the Night: Manage the evening rush, supervise the night crew, and keep operations fun and efficient.

•People Management: Lead, mentor, and support your team to keep morale high and service fast.

•Service Standards: Handle customer complaints and queries appropriately, turning any frowns upside down with professional, top-tier service.

•Company Compliance: Ensure the team is consistently implementing company policies, procedures, and ethics.

•Keep It Sparkling: Oversee crucial closing procedures, cash handling, and final clean-ups so the shop is pristine for the morning.

What We Need

•Proven Leadership: Prior management/supervisory experience is required. You must know how to run a shift and guide a team.

•Prime-Time Availability: Must be fully available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

•The Essentials: Must be 18 or older and available to work 35+ hours per week.

What’s In It For You

•Great Pay:$22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
