Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure smooth, efficient workflow
- Inspect products for quality control and adherence to company standards
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or food processing environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and sanitation practices
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings or weekends if needed
