Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the guest experience and anticipate the guest’s needs and wants
- Consistently maintain proper uniform standards and personal hygiene practices
- Greet each guest promptly in a timely manner and with genuine enthusiasm
- Accurately take and enter guest’s order into handheld POS system
- Suggestively sell food and beverage offerings that would enhance the guest’s experience
- Properly handle cash and process credit card transactions
- Hold a high level of integrity
- Complete all assigned side work, opening and closing duties
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, quality of all beverages that are served
- Be the final quality check on food and drinks prior to arriving to guest’s table
- Table maintenance throughout the guests’ experience
- Serve alcohol responsibly by carding correctly and recognizing signs of intoxication
- Communication effectively and appropriately with all associates and managers
- Appreciate the importance of the role each associate plays in creating an experience for all guests.
- Continually look for opportunities to support members of the team who are taking care of guests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and recognize when you need help
- Maintain an attitude that is positive and infectious while at work or speaking about Charlie’s On Prior

- Ability to work positively with all associates within the restaurant
- Ability to multi-task while taking care of the guests’ needs and maintaining composure
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
Required experience:
- Previous serving experience of 1 or more years in restaurant that does an above average volume
- Previous experience of 2 or more years in restaurant that does an above average volume
Physical requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- The ability to communication clearly and effectively
Compensation:
- Starting wage for this position is $11.13/hr
