About the Role
As an MDS Nurse at Riverside Commons, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and completing resident assessments and care planning in accordance with state and federal requirements
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Identifying and addressing resident needs and concerns
Providing education and support to residents and their families
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes

Requirements
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of MI required
