Call Center Representative

Position: Call Center Rep

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Hours: M-F (Must be flexible between 7:00am-7:00pm)

Pay: $20.00/hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding accounts professionally and efficiently
• Document calls accurately in company systems
• Follow up on unresolved queries and callback requests
• Provide advice, information, and solutions to customers
• Stay current on procedures and campaign knowledge
• Meet performance targets in a team environment
• Follow quality scripts and maintain quality scores
• Adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced setting
• Represent the organization professionally
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong commitment
• Attend performance and staff meetings as required
• Comply with HIPAA/PHI security requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of contact call center experience; medical scheduling/patient registration knowledge
• Understanding of PHI privacy requirements
• Proficient with PC and EMR software; strong listening/documentation skills
• Self-motivated with good verbal/written communication
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
