Retina Specialist in Saginaw, MI | Partnership Track

Join a well established, physician owned ophthalmology group in Saginaw, Michigan with decades of regional presence and a strong referral network.

Position Highlights

  • Team of 7 ophthalmologists and 2 optometrists in a multispecialty eye group
  • 100% retina focused role with zero ramp up
  • Dedicated support including 3 techs, a scribe, and injection/scheduling assistants
  • On site ASC with 2 ophthalmic ORs
  • Additional hospital OR time available
  • Surgical block time multiple days per week with case flexibility
Schedule & Call

  • 5 day preferred workweek; 4 to 4.5 days also considered
  • 1:7 practice call rotation with tech triage
  • Minimal hospital call, approximately 2 weeks per year
  • Clinic volume of 50 to 100 patients per day depending on preference and support
Compensation & Benefits

  • 425,000 base salary with production bonus of 30% of collections over 3.5x base
  • 25,000 sign on bonus
  • Up to 25,000 per year fellowship stipend
  • 10,000 relocation allowance, with more available for long distance moves
  • Six weeks paid time off

Candidate Requirements

  • Fellowship trained in Surgical Retina; Medical Retina considered but not preferred
  • Open to 2026 fellows through physicians with 25 years of experience
  • Must be high volume ready and efficient with a strong team focus
