Evening Line Cook

As a Nighttime Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our guests leave satisfied. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assisting with closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the kitchen after service.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Availability to work Saturday and Sunday evenings and the flexibility to close shifts, which may end at 12:30 a.m..
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A team-oriented mindset and a passion for providing excellent food to our guests.
