What You’ll Do
- Process high-volume inventory and vendor invoices.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and warehouse receipts.
- Research discrepancies and dig into issues to find solutions.
- Process payments via check, ACH, and wire.
- Reconcile AP activity to the general ledger and vendor statements.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Support the accounting team as needed.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous AP experience, ideally in a high-volume, inventory, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
