Compensation:

$70,000 - $120,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring each interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Leverage our extensive lead generation system to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Showcase luxury properties with confidence, highlighting unique features that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with our media team to enhance your personal brand and expand your market presence.
  • Negotiate and close deals with integrity, always prioritizing client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed on market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with expert guidance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance property visibility.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' needs.
  • Knowledge of the Ocala real estate market and current industry trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a media team to create compelling marketing materials for listings and personal branding purposes.
