Treasure Valley Plastic Surgery & Med Spa is looking for an energetic, motivated, and personable Medical Assistant to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment centered on exceptional care and service. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a positive, team-oriented setting and will be comfortable balancing clinical care, customer service, front-office responsibilities, and social media content support.
This is a versatile position that includes both clinical Medical Assistant responsibilities and front-office duties, along with opportunities to help showcase our practice through engaging social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
- Prepare and turn over treatment and procedure rooms
- Support plastic surgery and Med Spa patients throughout their experience
- Assist with patient check-in, scheduling, phones, and other front-office responsibilities
- Help create, capture, and organize engaging social media content that reflects our services, team, and patient experience
- Assist with photos, videos, stories, reels, and other content for social media platforms, as appropriate
- Contribute creative ideas for social media posts and promotional content
- Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked clinical areas
- Help with inventory and day-to-day office needs
- Work collaboratively with our clinical, administrative, and Med Spa teams
- Provide friendly, professional, and exceptional patient care and service

Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
- Spanish-speaking/bilingual
- Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or a Med Spa
- Social media, photography, videography, or content creation experience
Schedule:
- This is a part-time position, approximately 3 days per week. Flexibility with scheduling is preferred.
