Position: CNC Operator

Location: Duluth, GA
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM
Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour
Job Type: Direct Hire – Full Benefits Included

Job Summary

We are hiring a CNC Operator for a client in a manufacturing environment producing custom aluminum products to specification. Is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in manufacturing and CNC operations.

Responsibilities
Cut, saw, and trim aluminum profiles according to specifications.
Mill aluminum profiles using CNC machinery.
Cut aluminum wallboard using a flatbed CNC machine.
Set up machinery and ensure all required materials are readily available.
Select and install machine blades and adjust controls for speed and blade tension.
Perform quality inspections on finished products and parts.
Prepare completed products for assembly or shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
Support other areas of production as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

Completion of a machine operations certification program or previous manufacturing experience.
Previous experience working with aluminum or other metal products.
Previous experience cutting or milling materials using CNC machinery.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
Ability to operate a scissor lift, electric pallet jack, and/or sit-down forklift.
Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas of production.
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
