A global aerospace manufacturing company is looking to add Manufacturing Engineers to support production, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. This person will be tasked with developing and optimizing manufacturing processes while ensuring products meet strict quality, cost, and customer requirements. The role offers strong exposure to aerospace manufacturing, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement projects in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Lead the technical execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Develop manufacturing documentation, including process plans, visual work instructions, tooling requirements, and quality planning deliverables.
  • Support new product introduction activities by validating manufacturing methods and improving product manufacturability.
  • Drive continuous improvement, root cause investigations, corrective actions, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Partner with production, quality, engineering, and suppliers to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve operational performance.

The Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace.
  • Experience supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, welding, forming, machining, heat treatment, NDT, and related manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with aerospace materials, GD&T, and manufacturing process development.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
