Hands-on operators wantedthis role goes far beyond button pushing. You’ll set up, run, and inspect parts on lathes, mills, and CNC machinery to keep production efficient and on-spec. Immediate openings available through Integrity Trade Services.
What you’ll do
- Operate and monitor CNC lathes and mills to achieve daily targets.
- Complete basic setups and make real-time adjustments.
- Interpret blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.
- Measure with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to validate quality.
- Perform final inspections and flag defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a tidy, well-organized workstation.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
What you’ll bring
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Exposure to CNC, turning, or milling equipment is a plus.
- Blueprint literacy and proficiency with precision measuring tools.
- High attention to detail and solid troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift.
- Reliable, strong work ethic.
Schedule & pay
- 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday–Friday $18.00/hr
- 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am, Sunday–Thursday $18.50/hr
