Inventory Clerk

We are looking for an Inventory Clerk to support a manufacturing operation in Hixson, Tennessee. This position combines administrative coordination with hands-on warehouse support, making it ideal for someone who is confident managing records, checking product information, and helping keep inventory activities organized. The role requires comfort working across both office and warehouse environments while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory records in Excel by organizing, updating, and reviewing data for completeness and accuracy.

• Submit required product and inventory information through government portals and other designated online platforms.

• Inspect and test products to confirm specifications, documentation, and reporting details are correct.

• Provide support with client onboarding activities and assist with ongoing account-related coordination when needed.

• Help prepare and package products for shipment or internal handling as business demands require.

• Work across office and warehouse areas to support daily inventory operations in a safe and efficient manner.

• Assist with tracking assets and inventory counts to help maintain reliable stock information and reporting.

• Contribute to periodic and annual inventory review activities by verifying records and resolving discrepancies.

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse support, or a related operational role.

• Proficiency with Excel, including the ability to organize spreadsheets and manage detailed data accurately.

• Experience handling inventory tracking, asset inventory, and physical inventory processes.

• Ability to complete data entry and upload information into external systems or web-based platforms.

• Comfortable working in a combined office and warehouse setting.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and maintain accurate records.

• Willingness to assist with product testing, packaging tasks, and general operational support as needed.
