This assignment is for a travel Radiology Tech providing diagnostic radiology services in a hospital environment. The role involves performing radiographic procedures with minimal supervision, supporting radiologists and physicians, and contributing to patient care across multiple departments.

Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely image delivery
- Position patients, select appropriate exposure factors, and verify patient identity and procedure details
- Produce high-quality images including fluoroscopy and bone density work as required
- Support imaging across departments such as OR, Pain Clinic, Orthopedics, ER, and Outpatient imaging
- Operate imaging equipment and manage patient records; maintain imaging quality and adhere to protocol
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to achieve accurate diagnoses
- Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety and universal precautions
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License: Category Radiography
- ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
- BLS/CPR certification
- 2+ years of radiologic technologist work experience preferred
- EPIC experience required; transitioning to EPIC in October
- Ability to perform radiographic procedures in a hospital setting; comfortable working with exposure to blood and body fluids and following universal precautions
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local travelers accepted
- ASAP start dates only
- All RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission
- Travelers who have recently worked for the client health system within the last six months will not be considered
