We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the machining of cabinetry parts and the Assembly of Cabinets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a cabinetry manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of assembly, and machining operations
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Familiarity with basic math and logic controllers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Experience in warehouse operations and materials handling is a plus
