Power Apps Developer

We are seeking a Power Apps Developer to build and support low-code solutions that improve business operations across the organization. This long-term contract role will design secure, scalable applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform, while partnering with business and technical teams to drive adoption, governance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot, and related Power Platform tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Establish and maintain platform governance, development standards, and environment management practices.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Oracle, cloud services, internal systems, and external APIs.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, licensing, and solution design best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and user support.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, data protection, and governance requirements.
• Lead training, knowledge-sharing, to promote adoption.
• Troubleshoot applications, optimize performance, and evaluate new Power Platform and AI capabilities.

Hands-on experience developing Power Apps.

Strong experience with Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting.

Ability to design applications, data models, and integrations using connectors and APIs.

Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and third-party services.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and cloud security best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Scripting, or Azure services is a plus.
