The Project Coordinator keeps a nationally deployed traveling FSE workforce moving. The role owns deployment logistics, the multi-site access and badging pipeline, onboarding and training compliance, and the operating data that feed the program scorecard, control tower workbook, and quarterly business review. As the day-to-day point of contact between field engineers, IG program leadership, and client workforce operations, the coordinator converts field activity
into accurate, auditable program evidence. Success is measured on deployment readiness against the regional plan, access and onboarding cycle time, data accuracy, and action-item closure.
