Iowa’s original craft brewery is searching for a disruptor, with a creative passion for brewing and the desire to help us break the mold of traditional craft brewery model. Millstream Brewing Co. distributes more than 10000 bbls. of craft beer, soda and kobucha across seven Midwest states, through 16 distributors. We’re located in Amana, Iowa, surrounded by a beautiful landscape and a low cost of living. If you love a large mortgage, long commutes, smog and big city stress, this job is not for you! Millstream Brewing Co. was established in 1985 with a two, small batch, German beers. Last year, we produced more than 60 different varieties of beer, soda and kombucha. Responsibilities:

• Work hard.
• Play hard.
• Be good to others.
• Remember that family is always first.
• Create amazing beer.
• Mentor young brewers.
• Maintain and operate a 20 bbl. brewhouse, two Cask canning lines and a Krones bottling line.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of commercial brewing experience.
