In this role, you'll combine sales, relationship-building, and apartment leasing expertise to create an exceptional resident experience while helping a growing community thrive.

What You'll Do
- Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from first contact through move-in
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into signed leases
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in property management software
- Assist with resident retention efforts and lease renewals
- Support community marketing initiatives and outreach events
- Ensure model apartments and common areas are tour-ready
- Deliver exceptional resident and prospect experiences
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred)
- Previous apartment leasing, residential property management, multifamily housing, sales, hospitality, or related experience preferred
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and fair housing practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Weekend availability as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation
- $18-$24 per hour (placeholder)
- Leasing commissions
