With nearly 200 W-2 technicians and more than 80 support staff across project management, operations, engineering, and other critical functions, Mason delivers the expertise, resources, and reliability needed to execute complex projects nationwide. Position Overview

This role is designed exclusively for GOLDEN UNICORNS rare, proven business development professionals who bring an established book of business and trusted enterprise-level relationships they can introduce to Mason from day one.

This is not a training role.

We are looking for seasoned professionals who have already built meaningful relationships and know how to turn those relationships into opportunity. Industry background is not the deciding factor if you have established enterprise connections in any industry and can leverage those relationships to generate meaningful business, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Respect and uphold the Mason culture by treating everyone within the Mason family with professionalism, respect, and integrity from the warehouse team to company leadership.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Leverage an existing network of trusted relationships to identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities for Mason.
  • Own and manage partnerships, prospects, and client relationships from initial introduction through execution and ongoing account development.
  • Collaborate with Mason leadership to develop, negotiate, and close business opportunities with a focus on long-term value and sustainable revenue.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including estimating, engineering, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Learn and follow Mason’s internal processes, policies, and procedures, including effective use of CRM tools to manage opportunities, relationships, and communication.
  • Foster an inclusive work environment that reflects and reinforces the values of the Mason family.

Qualifications

  • Established enterprise-level client relationships and a demonstrated ability to leverage those relationships to generate and grow new business.
  • A strong network of relationships that may include end users, strategic partners, enterprise decision-makers, or other key stakeholders.
  • Proven success in business development, sales, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to create opportunities.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to build trust with senior-level decision-makers.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Compensation Package

$90,000.00–$120,000.00 per year + Uncapped Profit-Based Commission

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently only considering candidates who already live within commuting distance of our NYC office at 39 Broadway. This role is not open to relocation, and relocation assistance is not provided.
