Shop Technician

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Shop Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver who is committed to safety and quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on Automotive and industrial

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using both manual and computer-based diagnostic tools.

• Conduct inspections and identify a wide range of repairs, from routine fluid changes to complex system overhauls.

• Accurately document all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company and OSHA safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with other technicians and supervisors to complete jobs on schedule.
• Operate and maintain shop tools and equipment, including lifts, welders, and diagnostic software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Shop Technician or in a related field is required.

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs).
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
