Summary of Responsibilities:
The Busseris responsible forsetting and cleaning the dining room area before, during and after meal service. This roleassiststhe servers to ensure Members receive the best quality service.Enhancinglivesof Members and Guests with “WOW” moments theycan’tlive without.
Essential Functions:
Assistsservers in their tasks
Assistin carrying food trays to tables
Remove soiled dishes from tables; bring dishes to wash area
Removed soiled linens and replace with clean linens
Set tables with silverware, glassware, utensils, and other necessary items
Clean dining room areas
Stock servers' stations with supplies
Collect trash from dining area and patio areas
Dust chairs before and after meals
Keep ice buckets filled
