Open kitchen station according to checklists

Prepare ingredients according to preplists.

Prepare short orders in a timely manner.

Communicate and collaborate with other chefs.

Inventory deliveries.

Organize and clean stations.

Preferred experience:

• Knife skills
• Saut or cooking over a strong gas flame
• Operating a deep fryer
• Tempura/batter frying
• Dishwashing/general cleaning experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs bag of rice
• Resilience in a hot and busy commercial kitchen environment

We are willing to teach somebody that is looking to enter the culinary industry.

Required availability Monday - Thursday 10am - 4pm.
