Step into Your Day
At 7:00 AM, you clock in and grab the morning pick list. You’ll weave through aisles, pull items with accuracy, and move them to a packing station. There, you’ll use standard packers and materials to protect each order and prepare it for shipment. Mid-morning may bring a truck at the dockhelp receive it, confirm counts, and update inventory. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with teammates, stay on pace, and occasionally lift parcels weighing up to 70 pounds. By 3:30 PM, you’ll have turned stacks of orders into shipments that make customers happy.
Role Snapshot
- Compensation: $18/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Employment path: Temp-to-hire with a path to permanent employment
What You’ll Do
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack shipments using standard packers, materials, and labeling
- Assist with shipping and receiving at the dock
- Help with cycle counts and inventory organization
- Work as part of a dependable, team-first warehouse crew
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- Hands-on experience with picking and packing
- Background in shipping and receiving
- Familiarity with inventory processes
- Comfort using packers and working in a warehouse environment
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds
