Server Waitstaff

Juan Loco, a locally owned Mexican restaurant in Cornelius, NC, is looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as server/waitstaff. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and love making guests feel welcome, we want to meet you!

As a server/waitstaff at Juan Loco, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude and making them feel at home.
• Learning our menu inside and out to confidently make recommendations.
• Delivering excellent service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and checking in with guests during their meal.
• Upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborating with your team to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

We’re searching for team members who bring a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering great service. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• 1 year of serving experience preferred (but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!).
• Morning availability is required.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn our menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Comfort with upselling and creating a welcoming guest experience.
